Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC (SABG) is pleased to announce our newest contract win with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Ombudsman (CIS Ombudsman).
The Office of the CIS Ombudsman is committed to enhancing the quality of citizenship and immigration services offered to the public by aiding with issues experienced by employers and individuals seeking immigration benefits. The office assists with individual immigration cases, discerns systemic issues, and provides counsel on how to improve the administration of immigration benefits by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
SABG delivers mission support to CIS Ombudsman by assisting and supporting federal employees in several key operational and administrative functions, maintaining a highly responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities of the office.
