Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC (SABG) proudly announces it has been successfully appraised at Maturity Level 3, Version 2.0 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Services.
CMMI is a globally recognized set of best practices, used within DoD and beyond, that provides organizations with effective processes aimed at improving performance. Achieving CMMI v2.0 Maturity Level 3 is a process improvement milestone that establishes SABG has the essential elements of effective processes and best business practices in place to ultimately improve performance.
This rating is achieved by companies that have established well-defined, repeatable, and effective organizational standards for project management, delivery of services, and quality assurance while maintaining a focus on continuous process improvement. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for Maturity Level 3, is established and improved over time.
