Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC (SABG) is pleased to announce our 2022 Employee Award winners. These individuals have gone above and beyond to provide excellent service to our customers, maintain unparalleled commitment to the mission, and uphold our “standard of excellence” to the highest degree.
Nine employee awards were handed out this year. Our most prestigious, the Employee of the Year Award, was presented to Senior Project Manager Jacob McGehee.
Jacob has been part of the SABG family for more than five years, spending most of that time supporting facilities contracts with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and becoming recognized as a subject matter expert in his field. He regularly volunteers to support proposal efforts for facilities-related contracts, helping position SABG to secure future opportunities.
In 2022, Jacob transitioned to a leadership role with a new organization, supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as Senior Project Manager. He has since established excellent customer relations with our contractor team and government stakeholders, establishing a reputation of excellence and tirelessly working to support recruiting actions. Through proactive, positive engagements, Jacob has helped SABG increase our footprint with a new client.
Our Star Award acknowledges employees who have played an instrumental role in SABG’s continued success. These employees align with our company standards of strong work ethic, honesty, sound moral character, and high integrity. This year, the eight employees selected for the Star Award include:
