Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC (SABG) is excited to announce the recipient of our 2024 summer donation initiative: World Central Kitchen. Every summer, SABG donates $1,000 to a charitable organization chosen by our employees. This year, employees were presented with eight causes aligned with SABG’s values of integrity, reliability, empowerment, teamwork, adaptability, family, and commitment. They were then asked to select one they’d like to support. Voting was incredibly close, highlighting the passion and dedication our employees have for making a positive impact.
Founded by world-renowned chef José Andrés, World Central Kitchen (WCK) is first to the frontlines, providing chef-prepared meals in response to crises around the world while also creating long-term solutions for food sustainability through their resilience programs. Since WCK’s inception, they have served an astounding 400 million meals across the globe to communities affected by natural disasters and humanitarian catastrophes. WCK uses locally sourced ingredients and works alongside devastated communities to provide warm, nourishing meals focused on locally sourced food and incorporating each location’s culinary traditions.
