Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC (SABG) is pleased to announce we recently earned the HIRE Vets Platinum Medallion Award for exemplary efforts in recruiting, employing, and retaining our nation’s veterans.
By meeting the criteria for this award, SABG demonstrated both patriotism and recognition of the immense value veterans bring to the workplace. The criteria for the award ranged from veteran hiring and retention to providing veteran-specific resources, leadership programming, dedicated human resources, and compensation and tuition assistance programs.
SABG joins 674 other companies from 49 states, plus the District of Columbia, who have shown a commitment to hiring veterans while ensuring they have a long-term career and growth plan that uses the diverse skills they acquired through their military service. The HIRE Vets Medallion is the only federal award recognizing exceptional achievement in veteran employment.
At the HIRE Vets Virtual Award Ceremony on November 10, 2020, U.S. Secretary of Labor Eugene Scalia said about the awardees, “It’s a privilege to honor them today … These HIRE Vets Medallion recipients deserve our congratulations.”
