We are honored to announce that this year’s Employee of the Year is Prudence Uhrich.
Prudence has been a valued member of the SABG family since 2017, when she joined as an Advanced Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Over the years, she has made a profound impact demonstrating her leadership, dedication, and community spirit, even volunteering to perform the National Anthem at SABG’s U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) ceremony.
Colleagues have commended Prudence for her “energy, detailed coordination, and communications” in leading a critical re-organization effort. She was praised for her “tremendous level of professionalism” as well as the “positive attitude and sense of humor” that positively impacts everyone she works with.
