Strategic Alliance Business Group Joint Venture (SABGJV) is comprised of SABG (managing member); REK Associates, LLC; and Highlight Technologies, LLC. SABGJV was awarded two contract vehicles under the DHS Program Management, Administrative, Operations (Clerical), and Technical Services program (PACTS II).
PACTS II was designed to establish a portfolio of Department-wide, strategically sourced, IDIQ contracts for non-IT support services that will enable DHS business and program units to accomplish their mission objectives, as well as cross-organizational missions.
Strategic Alliance Solutions LLC (SAS)
Strategic Alliance Solutions LLC (SAS) is a VetCert-Certified SDVOSB and SBA-Certified WOSB joint venture that combines the strengths and resources of SABG and BCF Solutions, Inc. (BCF). These teammates bring a successful five-year history of working together in comparable defense environments, including MDA and DHS. SAS leverages this exceptional partnership through the combined delivery of small business flexibility and agility and large business resource and staffing depth.
