Strategic Alliance Business Group LLC (SABG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Angel Nguyen to Director of Recruitment, a newly established leadership role reflecting both SABG’s continued growth and Nguyen’s strong performance and progression within the company.
Nguyen joined SABG as a recruiter in 2022 and has steadily taken on greater responsibility, earning promotions as she helps strengthen the company’s recruiting capabilities and supports an expanding workforce. In her new role, she will lead SABG’s recruitment strategy and operations, with a focus on workforce planning, recruiting process improvements, and ensuring the company can continue attracting and securing the talent needed to meet evolving program and organizational needs.
An Army veteran and member of the Air National Guard, Nguyen brings a firsthand understanding of military service, and the skills, experience, and perspective veterans and service members bring to the workforce. That background is especially valuable recruiting professionals to support SABG’s government and national security customers and in helping candidates translate military experience into meaningful civilian career opportunities.
Her knowledge of SABG’s programs, customers, and culture, combined with her commitment to creating a positive candidate experience, has made her a valuable resource for hiring managers and company leadership. As SABG continues to grow, Nguyen’s vital contributions will help strengthen the company’s ability to fill critical positions efficiently while building scalable recruiting processes to support current and future workforce needs.
